When a distant uncle leaves Lavesta (KiKi Shepard) a piece of land in his will, she is approached by Demarcus (Anthony S. Goolsby), MJ (Chico Benymon) and a real estate agent, who all have their own plans for the lot. Unable to make a decision, the three try to bribe their way to the deed, which simultaneously makes Lavesta the last First Lady anybody wants to deal with.
